Financial Assistant-Government


Job Description
Administrative Coordinator required for government agency. Will provide assistance to Corporate Controller in the overall operation of the branch. Will assist in managing the budget, tracking and reporting changes to branch staffing levels. Will review correspondence received and take appropriate action to identify key issues for attention. Will follow up on outstanding action points, prepare correspondence and provide information to the management team. Will manage senior executives’ calendars, including booking and accepting meeting requests and booking meeting rooms. Must have experience coordinating and preparing an annual budget and variance reporting. Must have experience in co-ordinating the administration of day-to-day activities and/or special projects and provide support to management. Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must previous experience in preparing reports (statistical reports and presentations)for senior management to facilitate decision making. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have superior time management skills including the ability to manage multiple demands and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent professional public sector opportunity.
