Testing Facilities
Our proprietary testing facilities set the standard for successful hiring.
We provide up to date, comprehensive, computerized testing on technical skills and computer software proficiency for all major software packages. We provide French language fluency testing to government standards. We customize skills testing packages to the specific recruitment needs of our Clients, and provide clear, summary reports.
High Level of Support for Temporary Staffing Projects
Marberg offers the following resources to support the success of temporary staffing projects:
- 24/7 live answering service and experienced HR Consultant on call for emergencies
- Extended Operating Hours. We maintain extended operating hours between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m., and are able to recruit and screen a high volume of Candidates within tight recruitment deadlines.
- Convenient recruitment location: we are centrally located at 390 Bay Street, Toronto, less than 5 minutes walk from the subway.
- Weekly electronic payroll service that is fast, convenient and efficient, with 2 senior payroll officers available as resources to our temporary employees.
