Job Title and Description

Bilingual Inbound-Major Charity - Bilingual Donor Services Representative who will be responsible for providing a high level of service to donors. Will process donations and tax receipts, Respond to inquiries in either English or French, Update and correct donation records, Merge and update constituent records (change of address, removal) in Convio and Raiser’s Edge based on call, e-mail or returned mail, Respond promptly to donor inquiries by phone, e-mail or mail, Find answers to inquiries or resolve concerns by using different databases or finding back-up documentation (donation forms, photocopies of cheques, appeals, etc.), Track all communication done and Document suggestions and errors to improve website (event platform), Relay legitimate problems to developers or Donor & Data Services Manager, Provide technical support for website. Must be fluent in both official languages (spoken and written), have Post-secondary education, have two years experience working in a customer service oriented position, preferably in a not-for-profit environment, Proficiency in specialized computer applications, i.e. Raiser’s Edge. Knowledge of financial processes related to fundraising, including registration, donations, credit card processing, tax receipting an asset. Excellent communication and customer service skills, Good analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent opportunity for inbound Bilingual CSR who wants to work for a good cause.
