  • Provide administrative support to a manager and a group of professionals.
  • Will manage a variety of deadlines while scheduling meetings
  • Coordinating resources, maintaining records, preparing reports and filing
  • Will be answering internal/external inquiries, and sorting mail
  • Other administrative duties as required


Qualifications

  • Must have strong organizational skill
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skill
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
