Reponsibilities

  • Receiving and verifying client accounts and ensuring that they are serviced in a timely manor
  • Maintaining executive’s calendars and arranging for meetings and travel
  • Arranging client events
  • Receiving and following up calls from clients, receiving clients for meetings and making them welcome
  • Monitoring executive email and responding as required
  • Additional administrative responsibilities and special projects as required


Qualifications

  • At least 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Small Office Administrator
  • Strong skills in MSOffice (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Polished, professional presentation and telephone manners and comfort in a client facing role
  • Demonstrated experience working in a confidential environment with good judgement and discretion
  • Experience from the finance/investment industry preferred
